Morning Routine For Beginners - How To

Having a morning routine is important and can be key to success. Everyone has their own way of embracing their inner morning person. If you find that you are not ready to implement these things, you might be due for a life reset routine.

Creating the most productive morning routine can be hard. I've been reading everything in the attempt to curate a list of the best morning habits. I found some habits more useful than others, so I wanted to share them with you.

Get up as early as possible

The first step of every productive morning routine is getting up super early. This has changed my life and that's not an exaggeration. If you are a night owl this may be hard in the beginning, so get to this point gradually. getting up at 5:30 has provided me with a clear head and it has given me my first win of the day.

Looking at your phone is against the rules

How to avoid looking at social media as soon as you wake up? Turn off the alarm and get up right away. Preferably your phone won't be next to you while you sleep but in the other part of the room. You may use it to turn on an audio book or music, but looking at social media is not allowed.

Stretch, meditate, gratitude

Spend some time reflecting on your inner self and your goals. Be grateful for this day, because it's a wonderful day to be alive. Stretch your sleepy muscles and prepare them to work for you.

Run or exercise

The next thing you need to do is get out. Successful people beat everyone else to it because the competition isn't even awake right now. While they are cozy and in dreamland, you are out there winning the race. This is an important part of your morning routine. The amazing David Goggins said: "I don't quit when I'm tired, I quit when I'm done", we should all live by this. Listen to a book during your workout. Make it about finances, business or self-improvement to keep your mind stimulated!

Tea, coffee

My preference is to have caffeine after my workout. I don't find it necessary before this point, so it's not a part of my morning routine. Caffeine can be good if used in moderation, so make sure to be careful and not overuse it.

Bullet journal or planner

Go over what you are doing today and check off what you've already achieved. You should always plan at least the night before so that everything is ready when you wake up.

Work and study

Now that we've warmed up our bodies and our minds, it's time to learn. Learn anything and everything. Improve every day. Work on your business every day.

Remember that most people quit at 40%, so you've got it.

What is a must-have in your morning routine?
