  1. After you turn off your alarm, put your phone to the side for the next hour. This is where your morning routine begins. Take control of the first hour of every day.
  2. Drink a big glass of lemon water. Drinking water before you do anything in the morning will over time greatly improve digestion.
  3. Make your bed. Just do it, it's your first victory of the day.
  4. Make tea or coffee.
  5. Open your planner and figure out what the goals for today are.
